Dark Tech

»Dark Tech« is a study on transformations and structural changes inspired by contemplation of organic and chemical processes. We created various tech morphs resembling a transition between unrefined raw organic materials and fully developed fine-grained hard-surface tech shapes. Restrictions on dark tones, focusing on lights and a limited amount of materials supported a clean synthetic look. A mix of generative music systems and user-controlled sound changes were used to create the soundscapes supporting the visual transformations.
